This guided Bufo ceremony in Bangkok is held with intention and care, supported through preparation, breath, sound, and grounded guidance throughout the experience.

Unlike practices that unfold gradually, this medicine can bring an immediate shift in perception and awareness, often experienced as deeply releasing, expansive, and beyond the thinking mind.

Sessions are held privately in an intentional and supportive setting, for individuals or two people who wish to journey together.

    • 4 Hours (10 AM - 2 PM)

    • Intention Setting – Connect with a clear inner intention, aligning mind, heart, and spirit before entering the ceremony.

    • Rapé (Optional) – Grounding Amazonian snuff for energetic cleansing

    • Herbal Steam - Steam to soften, open, and prepare the body to receive the medicine.

    • Breath & Preparation – Gentle guided breathing to steady the body and anchor presence before the ceremony begins.

    • The Bufo Offering - Receive the medicine in a single, intentional breath within a held and fully supported space — allowing the experience to move freely, completely, and without resistance.

    • Held Rest & Return – Lie in supported stillness as the experience integrates. Your facilitator remains present throughout, holding the space with care until you are fully returned and grounded.

    • Integration Circle – A safe space to reflect, connect, and nourish body and soul after ceremony

  • Bufo refers to the ceremonial use of a naturally occurring compound traditionally associated with the secretion of the Bufo alvarius toad. In ceremonial settings, it is often approached as a tool for deep inner exploration, emotional release, and profound states of presence.

  • The experience begins quickly. Within moments of inhaling, ordinary awareness may shift into a deeply altered state that can feel expansive, quiet, emotional, or difficult to describe in words.

    For some, the experience may bring a sense of release, stillness, clarity, or connection beyond the thinking mind. For others, it can feel intense, unexpected, or deeply personal.

    The acute experience typically lasts around 20–45 minutes, followed by a gradual period of grounding and integration as the body and mind settle back into ordinary awareness.

    Each experience is unique, and we encourage approaching the ceremony with openness rather than expectation.

  • Bufo should only be approached within a carefully guided and properly held ceremonial setting. All participants go through an intake and screening process beforehand to help assess suitability and safety.

    There are important contraindications, including certain medications, cardiovascular conditions, and aspects of personal mental and physical health history. Please share your full health history during the intake process so we can support you appropriately.

  • No prior experience is required. However, some familiarity with meditation, breathwork, or inner work can be helpful. Before the ceremony, we will speak with you personally to assess readiness and ensure the experience feels appropriate and well-supported for you at this time.

  • Please arrive fasting for at least 4–6 hours beforehand. Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for a minimum of 72 hours prior. If you take any regular medications, please disclose them during your intake process, as some may not be compatible with the ceremony.

    Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and arrive with openness rather than expectation.
