An intimate immersion into thermal healing, Laya yoga, sound and tea This ceremony is open to those who feel called to slow down, clear the nervous system, and return to their natural inner pulse in a respectful and intentional way. First-time participants are welcome; full guidance is provided throughout.
Adesh Bhattarai is a dedicated wellness facilitator, somatic guide, and yoga and meditation instructor rooted in traditional practices.
Specializing in Hatha and Laya yoga, as well as sound immersion, Adesh creates spaces that weave conscious movement, breath, and deep rhythm to support nervous system regulation and inner restoration.
With a holistic approach to embodiment, he integrates therapeutic bodywork and somatic awareness to help individuals anchor into stillness, vitality, and presence.
✧ Welcome & Intention Setting - Participants connect with a clear inner intention, creating alignment between mind, heart, and spirit as we open the space together.
✧ Thermal Therapy (Ice Bath & Sauna) - Cold immersion to awaken and sharpen the nervous system, followed by deep heat to soften, open, and release physical tension.
✧ Laya Yoga & Breathwork - Moving into the rhythm (laya) of our movement and breath. Gentle, grounding practices steady the body, clear energetic blockages, and anchor presence before we journey deeper.
✧ Sound Immersion & Chanting Circle - A deeply absorbing sonic landscape of live resonance and humming frequencies that guides the mind past ordinary thought into quiet dissolution and stillness.
✧ Silent Integration & Tea - Closing the container with warm, nourishing tea and shared silence, allowing the nervous system to settle and the insights to anchor gently into the body.
