In the world of sound healing, we often associate peace with gentle, soothing tones.
But peace doesn’t always come from silence.
Sometimes, it comes from daring to listen to what we usually try to ignore.
We began with a grounding Rapéh ritual, opening the senses and setting intentions.
Next, the ice bath sharpened presence, awakening every nerve and preparing the body for what was to come.
Inside the chamber, Panta and guest artist Tulyawat Sajja led us through distorted noise, dense layers of sound, and shoegaze-like waves that held us while pushing us to confront ourselves.
This was not sound to comfort, but sound to liberate—to let the pain, the confusion, and the voices we silence finally be heard.
When the storm of sound settled, we shared a nourishing integration snack, anchoring the experience back into our bodies and hearts.
Here, noise wasn’t chaos—it was a language.
One that said: “I see your pain. I won’t silence it.”
These frequencies sliced through the surface, not to wound, but to reveal.
